By accessing and using DriveElite Ghana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

02 Listing Policies

• All listings must contain accurate information and real photos of the vehicle.
• Prohibited items include stolen vehicles, cars without proper documentation, or non-automotive products.
• DriveElite reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards without prior notice.

03 User Accounts & Verification

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Identity verification is required for certain premium features and helps maintain the security of the marketplace.

04 Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for featured listings and subscriptions are handled through our secure payment partners (Paystack). All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate refund policy.

05 Limitation of Liability

DriveElite Ghana acts as a marketplace to connect buyers and sellers. We do not own the vehicles listed and are not party to the actual transactions between users. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
